I have customized my professional services to help the so called “little guy (and gal)” to affordably operate with the proper legal and successful business strategies and advice you need to expand your existing business or start a new one.

I am an advisor that directs you on the best business and legal strategies to follow, the procedures and steps to carry out those strategic directives and legal actions, and the details, terms and provisions to watch out for. Members will be advised on the best legal course and business strategies to follow in response to their inquiries and based on their situations.  I do not do your actual paper work. There are various websites providing interesting and helpful information for entrepreneurs. While these sites feed entrepreneurs like you valuable information, after all that reading, you are left once again all on your own with questions like, "Now what? Who do I call? What do I say? What if they say this? Why did they say that? What should I look for exactly?" Many sites for entrepreneurs are really promoting and advertising small business services. They pay their bills this way. There is no way to ask detailed, follow-up, technical questions. There is no one walking you through each step of your situation to minimize your personal costs and maximize your personal results. I am on call 24/7.

1. An attorney, like me, would normally charge from $800.00-$1500.00 to form a corporation for you. As a Siskind Member, you will be advised on exactly how to form a corporation on your own- with all the details you will need, who to call and what to say- so it only costs you a fraction of what it otherwise would. If you do it yourself entirely, you will miss important points. If you pay another lawyer, you may spend 2 or 3 times the money you need to. Siskind offers a compromise.
