In the above situations, if your business or the terms of a contract fall under New York Law, I can provide all necessary business and legal services. If your business location or contract provisions fall outside of New York State Law, I can provide all business and advisory services and  will work on the legal aspects of any transaction with your local legal counsel. Once your license agreement is entered into, if you are the licensor, I will monitor and oversee your licensee on your behalf to ensure that your property is being used properly and effectively. If you are the licensee who is using the intellectual property rights of another, I'll work with you to ensure your product development and distribution success and proper legal use of the property rights.
