Fee-Based Services
Our fee-based services are billed at $225.00 per hour (except for resumes which are billed at $60.00 per hour and professionally-written letters which are billed at $30.00 per hour, and except for commercial litigations and trademark registrations which will be determined on a case by case basis) and are subject to separate agreement between The Siskind Law & Consulting Firm and you. Business Plans While business plans are sometimes done to tell your story to lenders, business plans also provide a road map just for you. I can draft you a complete plan that puts you on the right road to your business goals. My plans are not standard one-size-fits-all plans. They are customized and tailored in a way that takes into account exactly where you are trying to go in your particular situation accounting for your personal strategy, mission and financial resources. It is important to me and to you that your plan is not pie-in-the-sky and that the plan addresses the day-to-day realities of running the kind of business you are starting up or already operating. I will discuss with you your goals, abilities and knowledge of the business, and then do my own background research to form a realistic business plan that you can follow, adapt and rely upon. If you subsequently become a Member, I can also advise you as you carry the plan out. I can review, restructure and re-write your resume so that it is professional, interesting and stands out. I will ensure that your professional story is told in a compelling way that highlights the strongest aspects. After looking at your own resume so many times and having lived through the experiences yourself, you may not be seeing the picture in the way a reader would or how an employer would. The structure of your resume needs to make your experience sound compelling. I can ensure that perspective employers see your work history in the best possible light, while also ensuring that your grammer, punctuation and spelling are correct.
Good letter writing is a skill. Even while exhibiting great academic or business skills, people often are inable to craft quality, effective letters. A good letter has proper structure and diction, and effectively communicates a message. Using commas in wrong places or misusing important words can change the entire meaning of a sentence and cause miscommunications. Moreover, the inability to communicate well in writing can make the reader come to inaccurate conclusions about the writer's competence or intelligence. This of course could be damaging to a business proposal, business issue or personal application. I can personally craft the letter you need in the manner required. I write with clarity and purpose and grammatical accuracy. I make messages clear and use the exact level of emotion and energy that your situation demands. I learn about your situation, listen to your concerns and goals, and craft a letter that will impress and move the recipient and to which you will be proud to sign your name.
